Paula has a bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management. In school she served as one of the university's peer facilitators, helping students who were struggling emotionally and had issues with their families. Paula started her professional growth in one of the largest airlines and developed interpersonal skills and effective methods of communication for various situational transactions.
Paula subsequently joined Family Matters Law Group as a Legal Intake Specialist, and throughout her career with the company, has found joy and satisfaction in assisting clients and letting them know that they are not alone in their battles. When not working, she spends most of her time with her husband and 2 beautiful daughters. She enjoys watching documentaries and watching cooking and makeup videos on YouTube and TikTok.
